Duplication is the process of burning content onto blank discs using CD burners. It’s ideal for short to medium runs (typically up to 1,000 discs).
Replication involves creating a glass master and pressing discs from raw materials in a factory. It’s better suited for large orders due to longer lead times and setup costs. -
DDP image files
WAV or AIFF files (CD quality or better: 16-bit/44.1kHz)
MP3 files are accepted, but not ideal due to compression

Yes we offer a full design service, included at no extra charge with all orders, from minor adjustments to designing from scratch. Most commonly we start from ideas sketched out and submitted by a client along with their photos, graphics and essential text.

These are approximations from receipt of all approvals and can vary:
Duplication orders: 2 to 6 working days, depending on packaging
CD replication orders: 2 weeks
DVD and blu-ray replication orders: 3 to 4 weeks
Vinyl pressing: 2 to 4 weeks for test pressings, then 4 to 6 weeks for manufacture
Express services are available - please ask if you have a deadline to meet!

Yes we send PDF proofs by email as standard. For a small surcharge we can also send out colour-accurate printed proofs if required.
