  • Duplication is the process of burning content onto blank discs using CD burners. It’s ideal for short to medium runs (typically up to 1,000 discs).
    Replication involves creating a glass master and pressing discs from raw materials in a factory. It’s better suited for large orders due to longer lead times and setup costs.

    • DDP image files

    • WAV or AIFF files (CD quality or better: 16-bit/44.1kHz)

    • MP3 files are accepted, but not ideal due to compression

  • Yes we offer a full design service, included at no extra charge with all orders, from minor adjustments to designing from scratch. Most commonly we start from ideas sketched out and submitted by a client along with their photos, graphics and essential text.

  • These are approximations from receipt of all approvals and can vary:

    • Duplication orders: 2 to 6 working days, depending on packaging

    • CD replication orders: 2 weeks

    • DVD and blu-ray replication orders: 3 to 4 weeks

    • Vinyl pressing: 2 to 4 weeks for test pressings, then 4 to 6 weeks for manufacture

    Express services are available - please ask if you have a deadline to meet!

  • Please make sure your files are labelled clearly and choose from one of these:

    • upload files via Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Google Drive or our secure portal via the UPLOAD button at the foot of the website

    • email direct links

    • mail us a master disc if you prefer

  • Yes we send PDF proofs by email as standard. For a small surcharge we can also send out colour-accurate printed proofs if required.

  • Yes. We archive your artwork and master files making it easy to reorder whenever you want.
