Replication vs duplication -
We offer all industry-standard on-body disc print processes, including thermal, inkjet, silkscreen and offset litho. Which process is used depends on the size of the run and the nature of the artwork.
-
Standard options include Blu-ray library cases as well as clear plastic sleeves, paper sleeves, printed card sleeves, CD jewel cases (standard or slimline), Super jewel cases, C-shells, DVD cases (standard or slimline), digipaks, card sleeves & ejector cases, some of which can be supplied with printed paper-parts such as inlays and booklets.
We can also offer bespoke solutions if you’re looking for something special, including matt and gloss lamination, spot gloss varnish, die-cut boxes, slip cases, embossing and hot foil printing among others.
-
Masters can be submitted as a BDCMF or ISO disc image, or a finished BD-R master (single or dual-layer). We can author your master instead if you prefer to provide untranscoded video files.
-
We can author your master from your raw video files, with all transcoding needed and interactive full-screen and pop-up menus included. Please enquire with a description of your requirements if this is of interest.
-
When you have placed your order please send in your master and artwork files via the upload button at the bottom of the page.
If sending in very large video files it can be best to use a hard disk or flash drive instead which will be returned to you on completion.
